Sponsored vocational training for an electrician and a welder

The system of employer-sponsored education continues to develop in the Smolensk Region. Our company has joined this important programme.
We have signed sponsored-training agreements with two students who will train for in-demand skilled trades: electrician and welder. They will study and undertake practical placements with us, then join our team after graduation.
We will support them throughout their training, share the experience of our specialists and guarantee employment. We believe this approach helps meet staffing needs and gives young people confidence in their future.
